Coming from the airport, I like 540 North to 70 West - Durham. Avoid the 70 Business/Miami Blvd exit, stay 70 Bypass to 85 South, a few exits on take Duke St North, turns into 15-501 straight to Roxboro. (Note: ignore Roxboro Rd exit, too busy, pass it by to Duke St.)
Coming from Cary, best take I-40 to 147 (Durham Freeway) to Duke St. Follow Duke North, over I-85 and North to Roxboro.
Speed limit drops to 35 at Roxboro, Walmart on the left. Next light is Main St. Bear right on Main St to the traffic light at Depot St., 300 feet downhill Right into parking lot.
